"Quality and professionalism for well-being"

The Loft Studio Cerere owes its name to the former pasta factory that hosts it. The Pastificio Cerere, built in 1905, is the oldest of the three factories of the lively San Lorenzo district in Rome together with the Sciarra glassworks and the Wuhrer Beer factory. After the production ended in 1960, the factory was repopulated by the artists of the Roman school the “Gruppo di San Lorenzo” which included Nunzio, Bruno Ceccobelli, Gianni Dessì, Giuseppe Gallo, Piero Pizzi Cannella and Marco Tirelli. In the eighties the critic Achille Bonito Oliva strongly contributed to making the place famous with the “Ateliers” exhibition. The spaces of this former industrial establishment, which represents an architectural rarity for the city of Rome, currently host the Pastificio Cerere Foundation, artist studios, art galleries, the RUFA, photography schools and professional studios.

In July 2013, the Pilates studio, which has been managed since 2009 by Federica Cutugno, also moved here. The bohemian aspect that welcomes the visitor entering the premises of the former pasta factory brings out even more the elegance and refinement of the brand new Loft Studio Cerere located on the second floor.

The two hundred and thirty square meters of New York-style lofts comprise a large room of twenty meters by nine, divided into a space reserved for the Pilates studio and one for classes with mat, a small lounge to relax while waiting for the class and a comfortable one private room for individual classes and for Gyrotonic.

” In a welcoming and relaxing environment, the Loft Studio Cerere offers a top quality service thanks to the  proven professionalism of those who direct and teach it.”

In individual classes, recommended at the beginning but not compulsory, personalized programs are proposed aimed at satisfying individual needs in respect of diversity and personal characteristics, from beginners to experts, from those who want to improve their posture to those who want to perfect their sports performance.
