BOOTYBARRE®

Bootybarre® is a fun class created by Tracey Mallet in 2009 that quickly spread around the world. We use the dance barre and put together elements of dance, yoga and pilates bringing benefits in muscle tone in the perfect combination of strength and flexibility.
