Margherita Menini, a psychologist and Pilates teacher, began using the method during her pregnancy. Feeling its benefits, she decided to first train in Pilates Matwork and later become certified in the Comprehensive Global Format. She attends important international workshops to maintain her education and training, including those on scoliosis and the use of small equipment.
